§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the RAVNIS online shop (owner: Maxim Lackmann, Meraner Weg 1, 66663 Merzig).
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. Acceptance occurs through an order confirmation by email or by dispatch of the goods.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices in Euro. As a small business owner according to § 19 UStG, no sales tax is charged or shown. Applicable shipping costs are clearly indicated during the order process.
§ 4 Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments). The invoice amount is due immediately.
§ 5 Delivery
Delivery time is generally 5–14 business days, as our products are produced on demand (print-on-demand). We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries. Delivery to third countries is possible upon request.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Please refer to our separate withdrawal policy for details.
Note: For individualized products (e.g., personalized prints), the right of withdrawal may be excluded according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. However, our products are standardized print-on-demand items without individual personalization, so the right of withdrawal generally applies.
§ 8 Warranty

§ 9 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage for the contract.
§ 10 Dispute Resolution
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 11 Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
§ 12 Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Status: July 2026.
